Contemporary Alexander Technique is the study of the possibilities of who each of us can be in any given moment, outside of the habits and patterns that currently define us. Essentially, we study what else is possible (and who else we can become) when we make space to set aside what we know, and playfully explore what is currently outside of our awareness.

This festival series offers attendees the opportunity to explore these possibilities through facilitated group and individual learning containers where you will receive practical, kinesthetic, and often hands-on guidance—offering an experience of your natural potential for comfort, ease, creativity, and joy. Come explore how patterns that have been causing you discomfort, pain, or simply limitation, can transform in a moment into opportunities for agency and expansion.

Join us for the workshop, an individualized lesson (co-taught by a Contemporary Alexander teacher & trainee), or both! Bring whatever activity in your life you would like to find more ease in: Yoga? Dance? Working at your computer? Communicating with your partner? It's all the perfect material. Be prepared to play!
